Senior Associate
Thea Gausel is a Senior Associate in Clifford Chance’s Derivatives and Structured Products group in London, with particular focus on credit products, including synthetic securitizations, CDS, credit linked loans, financial guarantees, repos and other regulatory risk transfer transactions and structured products. Thea acts for a wide variety of clients in connection with such products and the related regulatory analysis, including banks, asset managers, pension funds and insurers.
